Practice: wash the ribs, soak them in water for a while, and soak them in blood.
Start the frying pan and add the ribs. Be careful not to burn too much. Fry the ribs until golden brown, and then take them out. Turn on the fire and fry them again-to form a pastry. Get them out of here now.
Leave a little oil in the pot to cover the bottom of the pot. Add ribs, soy sauce, cooking wine and ginger. Add some boiling water and change the lid. Bring to a boil, simmer until the meat is cooked, add sugar and chicken essence, and thicken with a little cornflour.
Finally turn off the fire and add vinegar.
