How to cold cut red dates;
1. Wash the red dates first.
2. Put the red dates into the casserole.
3. put water in the casserole, not too much, about a quarter of the casserole.
4. Bring the fire to the boil and skim off the foam.
It doesn't matter if you add too much water, even if you dump it. Continue to cover with medium fire 10 minutes.
6. After10 minutes, add a spoonful of honey or sugar and continue to cook until the juice is almost the same, about 15 minutes.
7. Add lily before the juice is dry (the dried lily should be soaked in advance) and boil.
