Chenpi old duck soup
Chenpi old duck soup is a traditional dish of Han nationality and belongs to Cantonese cuisine. Chenpi is one of the three treasures in Guangdong, which can be used as medicine and edible. Has the effects of invigorating spleen, eliminating dampness, resolving phlegm, moistening lung, relieving cough, stimulating appetite, promoting fluid production and quenching thirst. Using dried tangerine peel with old duck soup to nourish yin and replenish blood, and taking the weak temperature of dried tangerine peel will increase the nourishing effect.
Ingredients: an old duck, 5 grams of dried tangerine peel and 8 red dates.
Seasoning: 3 slices of ginger, rice wine 1 tablespoon, salt.
1. Wash the duck, peel it, cut it into pieces, pick it up and put it into the water;
2. Wash the red dates, pat them flat and remove the core; Soak pericarpium Citri Tangerinae in water until soft, and scrape off white pulp;
