Raw materials: 200g of water-borne yuba, 0/00g of fresh mushrooms10g of carrot slices10g of onion slices, ginger slices, yellow wine, salt, monosodium glutamate, fresh soup, sesame oil and salad oil.
Practice: wash the water-borne yuba and cut it into 3.5 cm long sections. Wash mushrooms and cut into thick slices. Put the pot on the fire, add salad oil, heat it, stir-fry the onion, ginger, yuba, mushrooms and carrot slices for a while, then add yellow wine and fresh soup to boil, cover it with 10 minute, add salt and monosodium glutamate to taste, take out the ginger and onion slices, and pour in sesame oil.
Braised pork with yuba
Ingredients: yuba 200g, pork belly 100g, winter bamboo shoots 30g, ginger slices 3g, onion segments 1g, soy sauce 10g, salt 3g, cooking wine 15g, monosodium glutamate 1g, broth and salad oil.
Practice: yuba is cut into sections with blisters. Wash pork belly and cut into pieces. Heat the oil in the pan, add pork belly and stir-fry slightly. Heat the oil in the bottom of the pot, stir-fry onion and ginger slices, add pork belly and winter bamboo shoots, cook cooking wine, add broth to boil, add yuba, soy sauce and salt to cook, and season with monosodium glutamate.
