2. Hold the orange in your hand and draw a circle on the top of the orange with a knife or toothpick. When finished, remove the cover of the orange.
3. After the cover of the orange is uncovered, carefully pull out the orange petals by hand. It should be noted here that it is best to gently pinch the orange petals and orange peel by hand bit by bit before pulling out, so that it is easier to pull out the orange petals without causing too much damage to the orange peel.
4. Dig a few small holes on the surface of orange peel with a toothpick to make the candlelight look better when it comes out. Then install orange lanterns with prepared thread. There are no special rules, as long as the two sides are symmetrical when put on.
After the thread is put on, cut it into the same length with scissors, and then tie a knot.
6. Cut off the excess part at the bottom of the orange with scissors. The flatter the better, so that the candle will not be crooked when it is put in.
7. Before putting the candle, light the bottom of the candle with a lighter, then drop the melted candle to the bottom of the orange and put it down at the same time, so that the candle can be firmly stuck in the orange lantern.
8. You can cover oranges when you light candles.
