1. Slice pork.
2. Cut the green pepper with a knife.
3. Chop garlic for later use.
4. Beat the eggs into the bowl and add a little salt to break up.
5. Heat oil in the pot, pour in the eggs and stir fry until cooked.
6. Cook the oil in the pot (half cooking is usually enough). When it is 80% hot, pour in the chopped pork belly, stir-fry the excess oil, and pour out the excess oil.
