2. Wash and peel garlic for later use.
3. Wash and drain lobster sauce for later use.
4. Put the pepper and garlic into a blender and stir for several times.
5. Add lobster sauce and salt, and start the blender again.
6. This is the stirred lobster sauce pepper.
7. Turn a bowl upside down, put a fresh-keeping bag on it, and put the stirred garlic and pepper into the bottom of the bowl to make it round.
8. Pour it into the pot with a fresh-keeping bag and expose it to the sun for a day or two until it is dry. Keep it in a bottle for a year or two.
