What is crab mushroom?
Hypsizygus marmoreus is a peanut plant. At first, it was hemispherical, gradually turned into steamed bread, and finally it was flat, with flat top and center, light brown to chestnut fiber scales on the surface, and Agaricus fragments on the lid edge. Beautiful appearance, crisp texture, delicious taste and sea crab flavor, so it is called crab yellow mushroom. The edible value is quite high. It is a saprophytic bacteria, which occurs in grasslands with livestock manure in summer and autumn, and needs high temperature, high humidity and ventilation.
