Yes, it can be made into yuba and scrambled eggs.
Preparation materials: 200g yuba, 2 eggs, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of green onions, appropriate amount of blending oil.
1. After soaking the yuba, wash and cut it and set aside. Chop the green onions into mince, as shown in the picture below.
2. Add salt to the eggs and break them up. Heat the oil in the pot. Pour in the egg liquid and scramble the eggs. Then make them into egg droplets and set aside.
3. Pour the base oil into the pot, heat the oil and sauté the chopped green onions until fragrant, add the yuba and salt and stir-fry.
