(1) Manual selection, grading, trimming and storage of hides;
(2) operating a meat remover to remove oil from the rawhide;
(3) operating a depilating machine or a depilating machine to depilate the hides;
(4) Operating the drum, adding chemical raw materials, and performing wet treatment, such as soaking, swelling, softening, tanning, neutralization, dyeing, etc. On the hide;
(5) operating the water squeezer to squeeze the hide blank;
(6) operating the delaminator and planer to delaminate and flatten the hides;
(7) operating the dryer to remove excess moisture from the leather;
(8) Finishing and decorating the leather with stretching machine and other equipment;
(9) Manually classify and measure the finished leather products and put them into storage.
