Put the pig in a fresh-keeping bag and beat it soft with a stick, or directly beat the pork chop with the back of a knife. Put all the marinade in a fresh-keeping bag, and gently massage the pork chops through the fresh-keeping bag to help them taste (it is best to put them in the refrigerator for one hour). Ps: I suggest pickling pork chops the night before, which will be more delicious!
Prepare a pot, add a little olive oil, heat the pot, add shredded purple onion, and stir-fry over low heat until transparent.
When the shredded purple onion is transparent, continue to stir-fry until the amount of shredded purple onion is concentrated to half, add a little sea salt and basamik vinegar, stir-fry until it tastes good, and then serve.
Before cooking, put the pig indoors and heat it for later use. Rub a little oil on the barbecue plate or pan with a brush, heat the pot first, then bake the pork chops in the pot and color them, and fry them to your liking. Let it stand for 5-8 minutes after taking out the pot, which will make the pork chop lock the gravy more delicious. Ps: Be sure to heat the pot big enough for the pork chops to be fried in the pot, so as to lock the gravy in the pork chops from losing.
Preparation of side dishes: after heating in the oil pan, add garlic slices and stir-fry mushrooms until the color is the highest.
Add colored pepper and peas in turn and stir-fry until cooked. Add a little sea salt and black pepper to taste and serve.
