2. Remove the thick stems of broccoli and break them into small pieces (no Garlic minced; Cut red pepper into rhombic slices; Peel the fresh shrimp into shrimps for later use. (You can marinate the shrimp with cooking wine and pepper in advance, or you can cook the cooking wine when cooking);
3. Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry broccoli for about 1 minute, and take it out for later use;
4. Use small and hot minced garlic in the wok, then add the shrimps and stir-fry with medium heat. After the shrimps change color, pour in cooking wine, a little light soy sauce and sugar, add broccoli and red pepper, stir-fry quickly with high fire, and finally add salt and a little sesame oil.
