How to make mixed cabbage with chicken soup?
First, boil the chicken soup, wash the chicken legs and put them in a casserole, add white water, add ginger slices, green onions and aniseed. Turn on the heat and cook. Prepare the dough
Start kneading the dough. Just use warm or cold water. The best kneading state is the light basin of the dough. Put it in plastic wrap or a plastic bag to wake up for a while. Prepare the meat stuffing. Wash the cabbage, blanch it, remove, squeeze out the water, and chop into small pieces. Cook the Chaos. When the chicken soup is done, tear off the shredded chicken legs. Add less chicken stock and shredded chicken, then add water and bring to a boil. Add some cabbage and cut it into small pieces. Add a little salt and bring to the boil.
The chicken soup tastes very fresh, and there is no need to put anything else in the soup!
