Ingredients:
250g donkey-hide gelatin
500g rice wine
250g chopped sesame seeds
chopped walnuts 250g
250g pitted longan
250g pitted red dates
250g rock sugar powder
Recipe:
1. Soak donkey hide gelatin in rice wine for 3 days. If possible, it is more convenient to grind it into powder. Find a larger container and pour the remaining rice wine into it. Boil it and then pour in the softened donkey-hide gelatin. Simmer over low heat until it is completely melted. Be sure to stir constantly otherwise it will become mushy.
2. Add rock sugar powder to the melted donkey-hide gelatin and stir evenly
3. Pour in the pitted red dates and longans, stir slowly for half an hour, and allow the donkey-hide gelatin to completely penetrate into the red dates and longans.
4. After the red dates and longan are cooked and soft, add chopped sesame seeds and chopped walnuts and stir evenly

6. Prepare a large dot container, you can put plastic wrap or apply a layer of oil
7. Cool in a cool place for a day and then pour out the slices
