Ginger and red jujube tea
Materials:
8 jujubes, 6 slices of ginger, appropriate amount of pepper and wolfberry, and appropriate amount of brown sugar.
Exercise:
1. Soak Jujube in warm water and wash Lycium barbarum;
2. Put jujube, ginger, medlar and pepper into a pot and add brown sugar;
3. Pour a proper amount of water into the pot, and turn to a small fire after the fire is boiled;

Steamed egg soup with shrimp
Materials:
1 egg, 3 fresh shrimps, salt, sesame oil, broth and shallots.
Exercise:
1. Shell the fresh shrimp, wash off the tail shell, remove the intestinal mud, and poke a hole in the upper part of the shrimp 1/3 with a knife, so that the stomach can pass through the hole;
