Dinner: I basically solved the problem of low sugar content in cucumber or fruit. If you can't stand not eating dinner, I suggest you eat it like lunch, but you'd better finish it before 6: 00, and no later than 6: 30, because office workers can't eat too early. After all, it will be 6 o'clock at the earliest when I get home.
It is not recommended to eat after 6 pm until the next morning. If you are hungry, you can drink more water. Water can promote metabolism and cheat the stomach. Every time I drink water at night, I will mutter, "Oh, I'm so full. How can I be so full? " Haha, have fun!
I forgot to mention that I do aerobic exercise for 60- 120 minutes every night, according to my own time.
