Preparation method of steamed egg soup with shrimp

Prepare 2 eggs, a little shrimp and onion 1 root.

Beat the eggs into a bowl and break them for later use.

Pour the egg liquid into a deep dish, pour in warm water 1.5-2 times the egg liquid, and stir well. The water should not be too hot, or it will turn into egg flowers.
