Exercise:
1. Wash Pleurotus eryngii and cut it into cubes of 1 and 5cm. Cut colored pepper into pieces. Wash and cut Hangzhou pepper into sections. Peel and slice some garlic, cut some garlic into powder, 5g soy sauce, 8g sweet noodle sauce and oyster sauce 10g, and mix well for later use.

The edible part of Pleurotus eryngii is mainly mushroom cover or mushroom handle, and Pleurotus eryngii mainly eats mushroom handle. Pleurotus eryngii has a gray lid and a white or yellowish handle.
Look at the mushroom cover first. Buy mushrooms with thick lids that don't fully open. If it changes color or has black spots, it means it is not fresh.
