I. Introduction of Hunan
Hunan province 1, referred to as "Xiang" for short, is the provincial administrative region of People's Republic of China (PRC), with Changsha as the capital, with latitude 24 38 ′ ~ 30 08 ′ north and longitude108 47 ′ ~141east.
2. Hunan is located in the transition zone from Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau to Jiangnan Hill and Nanling Mountains to Jianghan Plain.
