Ingredients: a bowl of leftovers, an egg, a handful of shrimps, pickles, salt, water, monosodium glutamate, black pepper and lard (appropriate amount).
1. Boil in the pot 1 bowl of water. After boiling, put the leftovers you want into hot water to continue cooking. Add a spoonful of salt and cook for another 30 seconds.
When cooking, beat an egg in the bowl and break it up with chopsticks.
3. Then add the eggs into the cooked porridge and stir slowly clockwise.
4. Put a proper amount of pickles in the pot and stir fry evenly (cook for 2 minutes).
5. Then put a proper amount of shrimp skin into the pot and stir well again.
6. After all the above are put in, cook for 1-2 minutes, and quickly put a proper amount of monosodium glutamate, black pepper and lard into the pot. Stew 1-3 minutes and serve.
