1.? Clean the fresh fish, control the moisture, cut a knife next to the fish head, draw out the fishy thread, then change the knife on both sides of the fish body to facilitate pickling and savoring, and fill the fish belly with onion and ginger slices.
2.? Pour in wine and salt, and give the fish a hydrotherapy massage first to remove the fishy smell.
3.? Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce and spicy barbecue sauce and rub it on the fish. Sprinkle with barbecue sauce and spread evenly. Refrigerate and marinate for half an hour.
4.? Put the onion and shredded ginger in an iron box, put the fish in, and sprinkle sesame, pepper and shredded ginger on the surface.
5.? Send it to the air fryer, roast at 180℃ 10 minute, brush some cooking oil on the surface and continue roasting for 5- 10 minute (according to the size of the fish, my roasting time is 15 minute).
