First of all, in the first step, steam the rice noodles for about 15 minutes, as shown in the figure below.
Second, in the process of steaming rice noodles, the pig viscera can be cleaned and cut for later use.
Third, start another small pot to boil more than half of the pot water, during which lettuce and onions can be treated, as shown below.
Fourth, after the water is boiled, add a proper amount of chicken powder to adjust the soup base, then add pig viscera to boil and season with oil, salt and soy sauce.
5. Add lettuce and onion and turn off the heat, as shown below.
6. Pour the pork chop soup into the steamed rice noodles, so that the pork chop soup powder is ready.
