2. Wash and cut the burdock into pieces and put it in cold water. Add a little cooking wine and a few pieces of ginger and cinnamon and cook for about 5 minutes. Wash it after cooking.
3. Peel the taro and cut it into pieces for use.
4. After the oil temperature rises, add pepper and onion, stir fry and remove.
5. Then add ginger, garlic and chopped pepper and stir fry.
6. Add the sirloin and stir-fry a few times, add the right amount of soy sauce, stir-fry the cooking wine evenly, and add the right amount of hot water.
7. After boiling, pour into the casserole and stew for about 15 minutes.
8. Add taro and continue to stew 15 minutes. After the taro is cooked, add salt to taste.
9. Sprinkle a little chopped green onion at last.
