Raw materials: raw melon seeds
Seasoning: salt, sugar, pepper, aniseed, cinnamon, fennel and fragrant leaves.
Cooking method:
1. Put melon seeds in water, soak them in seasoning bag for 2 hours, then pour them into the pot, add seasoning bag, salt and sugar and cook for 30 minutes;
2. Air-dry the cooked melon seeds naturally, stir-fry them in a wok with fire, stir-fry the melon seeds with salt, and turn off the fire when they are ripe.
