Steps of cold salad shredded green papaya
1. Wash the green papaya, peel it, plan it into shreds, add shredded carrots and green peppers, and marinate it with a little salt for a while.

Shrimp skin is best washed and fried. You can stir-fry more than once, and put it when you mix cold dishes in summer. Very fresh.
You can use vinegar instead of lemon, but the taste is much worse.
