Steps of Stewing Chicken Leg with Potato (Lazy Edition)
1. Peel potatoes and slice them. Wash the chicken legs and cut them twice (for flavor).
2. Slice ginger (2-3 slices) and obliquely cut pepper (Xiaomi spicy is also acceptable)
3. Heat the pan, add the base oil, add the pepper segments, and stir-fry the ginger slices.
