Matters needing attention in frying leeks
Generally speaking, when frying leeks, pay more attention to seasoning. Generally speaking, soy sauce should be added, but not too much. If soy sauce is added too much, the color of leek will darken or turn black, which is not good-looking. Or we can directly use edible salt instead of soy sauce, so that the emerald green of leeks will look better. This is my personal suggestion.
It is best not to stir-fry leeks in big fire, that is, stir-fry them in medium fire at most. In case of fire, leek is easy to burn, so it is usually a small fire, and then soy sauce can be added. Soy sauce is added last, and the color is not good if it is added too early.
