How to cook braised beef?
The most authentic beef stew method is as follows:

Ingredients: 500g pork belly, cooking oil, ginger slices, onion, fragrant leaves, star anise, soy sauce, cooking wine, ice and sugar.

1. Wash the pork belly and cut it into cubes about 2 cm in size. Slice the ginger as shown below.

2. Add appropriate amount of water to pork belly with skin, put cold water in the pot, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, cook over high fire until foam appears, remove, rinse and drain. As shown in the figure below.
