What does cold water ginseng mean?
A kind of sea cucumber. There are two kinds of sea cucumbers in New Zealand, one is black sea cucumber, and the other is Newgold sea cucumber, which belongs to soft sea cucumber. These two kinds of sea cucumbers are cold-water sea cucumbers, because New Zealand is located at 45 degrees south latitude, close to the South Pole, and the sea water is relatively cold.
