1. Dissolve the yeast with a little water, pour in flour and make a smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap and ferment until it is twice as big.
2. Wash two pieces of broccoli, peel and wash onions, and three pieces of cooked beef (buy them directly, and refer to the previously sent braised beef recipe if you cook them yourself).
3. Dice the three materials and chop them with a knife.
4. Put the stuffing into a bowl, add half of corn oil and mix well (the bought beef is already salty, so there is no need to add salt, and all kinds of ingredients are enough when cooking).
5. Take out the dough, knead it evenly and exhaust it, then divide it into two doughs with uniform size, flatten it and roll it into a round dough.
6. Spread the stuffing on the dough, wrap it like a steamed bread, seal it, and gently flatten it with your palm.
7. Put the remaining corn oil into the electric baking pan, turn the pan over to make the oil evenly spread over the bottom of the pan, put the cake in with minimum fire, turn one side until golden, and then fry the other side until golden on both sides.
Cooking tips
If you don't like the taste of onions, you can just use broccoli or switch to other vegetables.
