Ingredients: 500g of Chinese yam, 400g of bitter gourd, oil, salt, water starch, minced garlic, Jiang Mo and sugar.
Practice: 1, wash bitter gourd, remove the pulp inside and cut into strips;
2. Wash, peel and cut the yam;
3. Soak the cut yam and bitter gourd in clear water for a while and take it out;
4. Heat oil in the pot, saute ginger and garlic, pour yam and bitter gourd in turn, stir fry for a while, add salt and sugar and starch before taking out the pot.
