1. Ingredients: 250g clam meat, 1 small onion, 1 green pepper, appropriate amount of cooking wine, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of vegetable oil, appropriate amount of sugar, appropriate amount of vinegar, appropriate amount of light soy sauce.
