Reflections on "Great Powers and People"
Take Wan Li Road and read thousands of books. The ancients didn't cheat me. The feelings and experiences in the book are the experiences and gains of others. Only practice can become your own knowledge. The book "Big Country and Big Man" tells us from the author's point of view that every China person who is brought up by one side has his distinctive personality and aura. The author has a macro perspective, a micro description of food, and even a professional case of his planning. Looking at it all the way, it is like going up and down with the author for 5 thousand years, watching the customs of people in different places and watching their joys and sorrows in different times.

After reading it, I have two insights.

The first so-called culture and inheritance is actually the history of human existence and development, which cannot be separated from the environment, especially the shaping of geographical environment. Different soil and water have created different China people, such as Shaanxi, Qin, tang style. These brilliant past achievements have made Shaanxi people and given them a heavy burden, so that they have become self-pitying and complacent. When I love walking towards things, I forget them, and people become "terracotta warriors"

Another example is Shanxi merchants, because Shanxi's unique geographical location-adjacent to the Mongolian grassland in the north and the hinterland of the Central Plains in the south-provides the most important geographical location for the rise of Shanxi merchants. However, because Shanxi only does trade, it has not consolidated its own commercial cornerstone and has not formed a sound industrial capital. Moreover, the collusion between government and business as banks, without infrastructure support, is also a flash in the pan in the end.

But every place has its own unique charm. After reading this book, I just want to travel all over the country with it, all the stories and humanities related to it.

For example, I am from Jingzhou, Hubei, and I was particularly moved when I saw this chapter in Hubei, which is China's Tian Dan. Unfortunately, the cultural tourism in Jingzhou has not yet developed. What makes people remember is the huge statue of Guan Yu, which wastes people's money and makes people laugh. Wuhan, the capital of Hubei Province, gives people the feeling of ordinary citizens, smart but not atmospheric, and Hubei people are really not United enough. I often hear friends around me say that they hold hometown meetings and homecoming meetings. After so many years in Shenzhen, I don't know if we have this organization, and these students in Shenzhen rarely get together.

Teacher Wang Zhigang wrote in the book: Guangdong girls are homesick. No matter how messy you are outside, I just want a stable family. Hunan sisters "want love", after all, Hunan women have love; Sichuan sister wants money, you can play as you like, just give me the money; Hubei sister is "deadly", dare to love and hate, absolutely unambiguous. Once Hubei women are forced to walk from behind the scenes to the stage, the earth-shattering energy and the ability to dance with long sleeves are beyond the reach of Hubei men. It seems that I am a fake Hubei girl and really want to learn from us.

Second, only by conforming to the general trend can there be great development. Whether it is a country or a region, it is true for individuals. After so many years of reform and opening up, people who have grasped the trend are basically doing well now, while those of us who usually don't pay attention to the national conditions are left at the end of the times. Although we work hard, our income is far less than others. This is the so-called times make heroes. When a big wave strikes, whoever can really face the wave can stand on the wave.

In this sense, the national movement is the movement of the people and the result of the hard work of countless brave and hardworking people in China. China people's national characteristics of seeking truth from facts make us miss many opportunities for curiosity and exploration, but at present, under the situation of serious epidemic and continuous war, we can at least live a stable and peaceful life, thanks to the party and the government.

The author writes that Deng Xiaoping was one of the few indirect and direct observers at the historical node of his last southern tour. Let China, a nearly derailed train, get back on track. Since then, China has vigorously carried out economic construction, with almost no deviation, and achieved a rare development miracle in human history.

What is common sense? Comrade Deng Xiaoping said: "Development is the last word."

What is the law? Comrade Chen Yun said: "Not only books, not only books, but also facts."

What is the essence? Two simple words: humanity.
