Minimalist life
I once wrote the minimalist principle of eating out: don't eat, don't pack, don't waste. Eating at home will also be minimalist, which is slightly different from eating out.

I eat at home every day recently. I basically have two meals in the morning and afternoon. Sir, my daughter and mother-in-law have three meals a day.

Two days ago, in their own group, my second sister and younger sister were talking about how fast they had eaten recently. I think families who often eat out to work should feel this way.

From the beginning of New Year's Day, I cooked at home for fifteen days, three meals a day and forty-five meals.

There are two main reasons for being so diligent:

First, I like cooking, but I don't like washing dishes. The rule in my family has always been that chefs don't have to wash dishes.

The second is to take the opportunity to influence the whole family to establish minimalist eating habits. Because mother-in-law and husband usually do not have a minimalist consciousness when cooking, they often have too much, too little or unreasonable collocation.

The minimalist principle of my family's meals is: don't eat, don't waste, and don't spend the night.

1, not only don't stay overnight, but also try not to spend too much, rather less than more.

2, a family of four, 3 to 4 dishes per meal, with vegetarian dishes, generally speaking, there is only one kind of vegetarian dishes, mainly semi-vegetarian, and the daily exercise at home is greatly reduced. Vegetarianism is more conducive to digestion and health.

3. If the staple food is rice, everyone can steam a bowl separately, and you can eat it with less steaming.

4. You should order breakfast. The main course of breakfast is homemade steamed bread, which is made up of soybean milk, eggs and roots (sweet potato, taro, corn and yam). We quote one day in advance and supply the goods according to the quantity the next day.

If you can count the cooked wonton, jiaozi, glutinous rice balls, etc. Please also quote the quantity in advance and supply it according to the quantity the next day. Powder, noodles, etc. Appropriate supply according to experience.

After dinner, the whole family get together to chat and eat some healthy snacks, generally melon seeds, vertical fruits, fruits and chocolates (which my daughter likes), so that people who are not satisfied can replenish freely. Family? Eating and chatting together after dinner has also become a great pleasure in the holiday.

I remember that when I was with my parents, I always prepared the New Year's Eve dinner one or two days in advance, and my father would write the menu in advance, which was quite imposing. The meal was very supportive, and for many days after that, the whole family fought with leftovers every day.

Now, even for the Spring Festival, we are as usual. Today, with abundant materials, every day is Chinese New Year.

Try to pursue nature, health, nutrition and richness, and at the same time achieve the goal of not eating enough, not wasting, and not staying overnight. This is my concept of minimalist diet.
