Prepare ingredients: mushrooms, Pleurotus ostreatus, garlic, salt, butter, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper and vanilla.
1 First, we clean the mushrooms and Pleurotus ostreatus, and then cut them all into small pieces for later use, as shown below.
2. Then we clean the garlic and cut it into small pieces for later use, as shown in the figure below.
3. Then we wash a lemon and cut a small part for later use, as shown in the figure below.
4. Heat the pan, add olive oil and butter, then add garlic slices and stir fry, as shown in the figure below.
5. Stir-fry mushrooms and Pleurotus eryngii for 5 minutes, and add salt, black pepper and lemon juice before taking out.
6. Finally, adjust the taste and sprinkle with chopped herbs after serving, as shown below.
