Practice of making peas
1. Flour mixing: add salt, yeast, pepper leaves, salad oil and warm water to flour to form smooth dough and ferment for one hour.
2. Divide the fermented dough into 4 parts on average and roll it into 5 mm thick pancakes.
3. Bake two sides of the rolled cake in a pan.
4. Bake until it is golden on both sides.
5. Cut the cake into cubes of 1 * 1 cm.
6. Put the chopped beans into the pot and fry until the water is dry.
7. Cool and plate.
