Production process:
Cut beef into small pieces, add cooking wine, chopped green onion and ginger slices, put them in cold water in the pot, blanch for 5 minutes, and wash them for later use;
Melt the butter, pour in the onion and stir-fry until the onion is cooked;
Peel the tomato, cut it into small pieces, pour in beef and two spoonfuls of tomato sauce, and stir-fry until the tomato juice flows out;
Pour two bowls of clear water and simmer for 40 minutes. Add potatoes, carrots and cabbage and simmer for 15 minutes. Finally sprinkle with black pepper and a little salt.
