Steps of spinach and pork liver soup
1.? Wash spinach, cut into sections, and soak medlar in water;
2.? Soak pig liver in clean water for half an hour, wash and slice;
3.? Add starch, soy sauce and pepper for pickling 10 minute;
4.? Blanch spinach in boiling water for half a minute, remove and drain;
5.? Blanch the marinated pork liver with boiling water for half a minute, remove and drain.
6.? Boil water or broth in a pot, add ginger slices and pork liver and cook for 1 min, then add spinach and medlar, add salt and sesame oil.
