The practice of stewing potatoes in Niu Nan;
Exercise 1
Raw materials:
350g of beef brisket is cut into small pieces, and potato100g is cut into large pieces.
Ingredients: There are two kinds.
(a), onion 1 piece, ginger 2 pieces, garlic 3 pieces, star anise 1 piece, cinnamon 1 piece, tsaoko 1 piece, red dates 2 pieces, longan 2 pieces, salt, dried peppers, crystal sugar, and a spoonful of cooking wine.
(2) 1 small pieces of onion, 2 pieces of ginger, 2 pieces of garlic, salt and column sauce.
Production method:
1, roast the brisket first, then soak it in cold water and drain it for later use.
2. Put the oil into a pot at 70℃. After the onion, ginger and garlic are fragrant, change the fire to boil the oil, and then take the onion, ginger and garlic out of the oil pan.
3. Pour the brisket into the fire and stir-fry to change color. Stir-fry the wine for 1 min, and add the potato pieces.
Put ingredients (1) or (2), preferably not at the same time.
4. Pour in warm potatoes without burdock, cover the pot and simmer slowly, and season with salt when cooked.
5. The burdock is ripe and rotten.
Exercise 2
Recipe ingredients:
500g beef, 500g potato, cooking wine, salt, onion and ginger.
Production method:
1. Cut beef and potatoes into pieces for later use;
2. Heat the oil pan, stir-fry beef, cook cooking wine and stir-fry the fragrance for later use;
3. Add a proper amount of hot water to the casserole, add onion, ginger and cooking wine to boil, then add beef and cook for 20 minutes;
4. Then simmer until the beef is cooked and rotten, add salt to taste, add potatoes to stew until it tastes good, and stew the beef with potatoes.
Characteristics of dishes:
It tastes sweet and contains rich nutrition.
Exercise 3
Recipe ingredients:
300g beef, 250g potato, 5g onion, 5g ginger, 25g coffee powder, 5g refined salt, 2g monosodium glutamate, 25g soy sauce and 5g cooking wine.
Production method:
1. Dice beef, blanch in boiling water, take out, wash potatoes, peel and cut into triangular pieces;
2. Add water to the pot, add beef, cooking wine and onion ginger to boil, simmer for half-cooked, skim the floating powder, and then add potato pieces to stew;
3. When it is almost cooked, add salt, soy sauce and curry powder to stew. After cooking, add monosodium glutamate and stewed beef with potatoes.
