Step 1
Food preparation: Wash chicken wings, cut both sides, pour in sauce and hot sauce, and marinate for 15 minutes.
Second step

Third step

Cooking tips
Salted duck eggs should be cooked. If it is raw egg yolk, it should be heated in microwave oven before processing.
Fried eggs Huang Shi, don't put too much oil. If there is too much foam, it is not easy to adsorb on chicken wings.
Chicken wings can be fried, but frying both sides is more troublesome, convenient and healthy.
