50g of japonica rice, 200g of pig liver, 40g of rape, 2g of salt and 800ml of clear water.
Exercise:
1. After cleaning the pig liver, cut it into large pieces, soak it in clean water for half an hour, change the water two or three times in the middle, and then cut it into pieces and blanch it;
2. The rape is rooted, washed and chopped for later use;
3. Enlarge the rice and water into thick porridge in the casserole;
4. Add pork liver and rape to boil and season with salt.
Lycium barbarum, spinach and pork liver porridge
Raw materials:
Spinach, pork liver, ginger, rice, salt, chicken essence, sesame oil, medlar, chives and pepper.
Exercise:
1, rice is washed and cooked into porridge;
2. Slice the pig liver, fish it out in flying water, and wash the blood foam for later use;
3. Shred ginger, chopped onion, boiled medlar, and blanched spinach with boiling water to remove the segments (in order to remove oxalic acid from spinach);
4. After the porridge is boiled, add pork liver slices, spinach and shredded ginger, add salt, chicken essence and pepper to taste, put it in a bowl, pour a little sesame oil and sprinkle with chives.
