Materials: 50g of japonica rice, 0/00g of glutinous rice/kloc-,bamboo tube, sausage100g, 30g of corn kernels, 0/5g of peas/kloc-,0/0g of carrots/kloc-and 0/00g of mushrooms/kloc-.
The practice of bamboo rice
1. Soak japonica rice for 20 minutes and glutinous rice for 4 hours.
2. Slice the sausage, wash and dice the mushrooms.
3. Put the soaked japonica rice and glutinous rice into the pot, add water and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Take out the cooked rice and pour it into the basin.
5. Add corn kernels, peas, carrots, sausage slices and mushrooms and stir well.
6. Wash the bamboo tube and put the mixed rice into the bamboo tube.
