Ingredients: celery 1 kg, 2 or 3 eggs, salt (lighter), peanut oil or other vegetable oil (usually the amount of cooking).
Note: You can also mix diced celery, egg liquid and salt in a large bowl in advance, heat the oil, stir-fry it in a pan, or fry it into a round cake and put it on the plate directly.
Steps-
1, celery is washed and diced. If it is celery, the pole is thick, you can split and dice it.

3. When the oil is burned to 80%, add diced celery and stir fry. After the color changes (about two minutes), add some salt and stir fry a few times;
