Put the flour into the pot, stir-fry with low fire for about 10 minute, and when the flour is wheat yellow, it will be cooked, then take it out and sieve it carefully.
After sieving, grind the rest and sieve it again, and use it all without wasting.
3. Put a proper amount of salad oil and sesame oil in another pot (beef bone marrow oil is better). When it is 70% hot, pour black and white sesame seeds, walnuts and peanuts together and stir-fry slightly. Add salt (not too much according to the amount of flour). Finally, pour them all into the fried noodles and stir them evenly to form oil tea noodles.
