Ordinary flour, sauerkraut flour 100g
Steps of mixing soup with sauerkraut
1. Take about 100g of flour (I made it for three people, so I can drink less flour if I think about it), and slowly add water and stir (the water must be dropped slowly, never too much) until the flour is stirred into a floccule, as shown in the figure.
2. Dice potatoes (or don't need potatoes, personal preference), cut onions into foam, and take out sauerkraut for later use (I used the bagged sauerkraut I bought).
3. Heat the pan, pour a little oil, add onion foam and stir fry.
4. Pour in sauerkraut and stir fry. When you can smell the smell of sauerkraut, add the right amount of salt and take it out of the pot for later use.
5. Pour a proper amount of cold water into the pot, add the diced earth beans, and after the water boils, slowly pour the stirred flour into the pot bit by bit, and keep stirring in the pot to avoid dough formation. After mixing completely, cover the pot and wait for 2 or 3 minutes.
6. Diced potatoes and rice balls are completely cooked, then pour in sauerkraut and add appropriate amount of salt to serve. You can also make tomato flavor in this order. Whether it's sauerkraut or tomatoes, drinking a bowl in winter is warm!
