Changsha, which belongs to Hunan Province, the capital of Hunan Province, is located in the northeast of Hunan Province, the lower reaches of Xiangjiang River and the western edge of Xiangliu Basin. It is the core city of the national comprehensive reform pilot zone for the construction of two-oriented society, the key development area determined by the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, and the political, economic, cultural, scientific and technological, educational and commercial center of Hunan Province.
Changsha is located in the northeast of Hunan Province, the lower reaches of Xiangjiang River and the western edge of Changliu Basin. It is about 230 kilometers long from east to west and 88 kilometers wide from north to south. The city's land area is 1. 1.8 1.9 million square kilometers, of which the urban area is 1.909.86 square kilometers.
