The preparation of tomato and egg soup is very simple. Mom puts the water in the pot, turns on the fire, and waits until the water boils. Mom puts the tomatoes and eggs into the pot together, adds MSG and salt, and boils the pot. Finally, a pot of fragrant tomato and egg soup is ready.
When the food was ready, my father and I, two "food connoisseurs", couldn't wait to get on the table, picked up the bowl and ate it hungrily. Mom said what we ate was so delicious!
