Officials of the Sui, Tang and Five Dynasties all asked to retire at the age of 70, which was called "Shi Zhi". When an official asks to be an official, it is called "begging for bones". In terms of economic treatment, those with more than five products can enjoy half salary for life, and full salary can be given in special circumstances. Those with less than six grades will have their salaries halved in the first four years of the old system and ordered to give them to Tianbao for life. In addition, those officials who own more than three kinds of products also like to listen to the words of the Senate of Wang Shuo, and their class is higher than that of the current officials to show their respect.
