2. Exercise 2. Ingredients: tofu 1 piece, sweet pepper 1 piece, kelp 50g, soy sauce 10g, ginger 2 pieces, onion 2 pieces, appropriate amount of cooking wine and sugar. Practice: cut tofu into small pieces; Wash and slice sweet pepper; Wash and shred ginger; Wash onion and cut into powder; Wash kelp and cut into strips. Put the soy sauce and 1/2 cups of cold water into a bowl and mix well. Filter for later use. Pour 3 cups of clear soup into a pot to boil, add tofu, sweet pepper and kelp, add 1 tbsp cooking wine and shredded ginger to boil, then add the prepared ingredients to boil, turn off the heat and mix well. Finally, add 1 tbsp sugar, bring to a boil, sprinkle with chopped green onion and put in a large soup bowl.
3. Exercise 3. Ingredients: hawthorn10g, kelp100g, osmanthus fragrans10g, 5 slices of ginger and 300g of radish. Practice: Peel the radish and cut it into small pieces. After boiling 1500ml water in the pot, add radish, kelp and ginger slices first. When the water boils again, turn to low heat until the radish and kelp are cooked. Finally, add other raw materials wrapped in gauze and cook for 15min.
