How to bake eggplant:
The first step in baking eggplant is to find the raw eggplant, preferably straight, which is convenient for post-processing, and pull a knife in the middle of the eggplant.
The second step is to burn the eggplant directly with charcoal fire.
Burn for about 1-2 minutes, take out and cut in half. Just sprinkle the prepared juice on it. The seasoning is garlic, pepper, salt and cumin.
